Ms. Bérubé holds an executive MBA and has extensive experience with sustainable development issues through her work as a manager and consultant for large corporations and small and medium sized enterprise. She is the former Vice-President of Corporate Affairs for Aluminerie Alouette inc. for five years. Acknowledged for her leadership and strategic thinking, Ms. Bérubé has exceptional skills in the areas of development, networking and strategic partnering. Among other things, she has been Chair of the regional committee ACCORD (development of industrial clusters) Côte-Nord as well as president of the Fonds d’intervention économique régional FIER Côte-Nord, Quebec, (a venture capital Fund).

For the last year and a half, she has been working for the Quebec crown corporation, RECYC-QUÉBEC as Vice-President of Administration and Programs. She oversees the management of the recycling program for used tires and supervises work related to the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs in the areas of information technology and communication, batteries, mercury lamps, used oils and paints. She is also responsible for the Finance, Consignment, Human Resources and Computer Resources departments.
